Saturday night, a blast!

Posted in VOJ on February 12th, 2006 by Dr. Rock

[thumb:47:l]Wow, this previous saturday was totally out of line. The whole night kicked of with the sweet dudez of Vains of Jenna, to bad I haven’t learned all the songs but “Hard to be Vain” must’av been the best song. I met Lizzy afterwards and that was real cool that he actually remembered me. The night went on with Loud n’ Nasty. Song that I’ve only heard on my computer were played such as Play Dirty, Hungry and Teaser Teaser, the stage show with glitter and baloons were awesome.

I think it was nine o’clock when Zan Clan went to stage and totally fucked up the place! Everyone, than I mean everyone, rocked the hell out of their bodies. One thing thou, Zinny Zan (front man) dedicated this “Heart Die Young” for Dave Lepard, who isn’t with us any more. Zinny had sorrow in his eyes and we all understood what was going on, something historical were done that moment. “What a fucking waste” he said to us.

But as a surprize, Zinny announced a special treatment for the audience, he said “I want you all to clap your hands for these 3 guys, PETER, ERIC and MARTIN!”. I totally lost it their, everyone screamed when Eric came to his drums and waved to us, and then *intro to Riot in Everyone* Martin marched the stage and the audience went crazier! Peter jumped on to the stage and it went even crazier! Tuff to tell man.

The played “Riot in Everyone” and “Breakin’ the Chainz” and that would possibly be the last time those songs will be played by these dudes, LONG LIVE CRASHDÏET!

One of the nicest things was that they went to the fans and let them talk to ‘em. I grabbed a hold of Peter and told him “Thank you very much man, I really appriciate this”. He thanked me and said “Well we have to end it whit something, so this was the best way”.

Tigertailz also played that day, but at that moment I was to tired to see ‘em SORRY STEEVI, but I saw you guys from distance.

The party went on at a friends place and I’m still hung over. Hehe!

Is Tigertailz á la Kim falling down?

Posted in Newz on February 9th, 2006 by Dr. Rock

Just got a new update from the Kim Hooker version of Tigertailz that they have released a new song on their MySpace page, http://www.myspace.com/tailzfanz

In their new songs you can still hear that Kim has his old squikey voice who everyone loves. So if you’re a big a TTz fan, go download it or at least listen to it.

Studio album in 2007?

Posted in Newz on February 9th, 2006 by Dr. Rock

According to blabbermouth, bassist Nikki Sixx of Mötley Crüe is anxious of hitting the studio for a new album
“I just looked down at my list, and I have 45 ideas for songs,” Sixx said to Columbus Ledger-Enquirer. “Mick’s probably got somewhere between 40 and 100 riffs. Tommy’s got a ton of ideas. I’m really anxious to start playing new music. I’m panting, I want it so bad.”

So will there be a nice Mötley record on your CD rack? We fucking hope so!

There is a Tomorrow..

Posted in Eventz, Gossip on February 9th, 2006 by Dr. Rock

Will there be a sad day, or a glad day tomorrow? On CRASHDÏET’s official website they’ve announced that Glamfest ’06 will be an official tribute to Dave Lepard, their long lost singer. As I’ve heard from people in their tribute forum, people will start crying becuz it’ll be a nice ceremony for him. But who can really tell?

I really hope that there will not be any kids crying, we should have fun on a concert evening, but one thing for sure IT’LL BE EMOTIONAL if they say something about dave onstage… I’ll report about ASAP about the whole event!
