Yet another amazing frontman have left us, Kevin DuBrow from Quiet Riot have now thrown in the towel. According to The Vegas Eye he was found dead in his apartment in Las Vegas. The couse of death is yet to be found.

I saw QR on Sweden Rock Festival this year and it was amazing seeing them live, and I give my condolences to his friends and family, this post is a tribute to him and also to remind people of what he’ve done through all these years:

REST IN SLEAZE is an annual festival, in honour of Dave Lepard (David Hellman 1980-2006).
All surplus from the festival goes unshorted to David´s Memorial Fund.
The purpose of the fund is to help young musicians to get a chance to live their dreams…

The very first REST IN SLEAZE festival was held at Debaser Slussen the 21st of January 2007.
Thanks to the 500 sleazy hairspray-lovers that showed up, all the bands and our sponsors, the night was magical, even surreal.

REST IN SLEAZE festival 2008 will be hed at Nalen (Stora salen) January 18th 2008.
