Vic Zino about leaving Crazy Lixx
I got a newsletter from Crazy Lixx to day, and I guess Vic Zino wrote his last Crazy Lixx statement ever:
“Okay, so this is the deal…
Lately a lot of things has been going down and I feel like I need to make a couple of things clearer. During the tour with Crazy
Lixx in England I got the opportunity to join Hardcore Superstar for a couple of gigs since Silver decided to leave the band.
That was an offer I could not turn down, I mean, how often do you get a chance like that?Along the way I was asked to join HCSS as a permanent member and even though the decision was not easy I decided to
go for it. I had intended to continue with Crazy Lixx aswell but as time went on it got clearer that time just wouldn’t be
enough for me to be committed to both bands.This issue has been discussed for quite some time now and when Crazy Lixx asked me to make a decision I chose to go
with HCSS. This was a very tough decision to make since I had been with Crazy Lixx from the beginning, but I understand
that Crazy Lixx have to move forward and I don’t want to be the one keeping them from gigs and further progress which
would have been the case if I would have stayed in the band. I respect that they made me choose and I understand their
dilemma completely.We still remain great friends and everything remains the same, the only difference is that we don’t play in the same band
anymore. I wish them all the luck with progressing and I will continue to support them in every way possible.I would like to thank all of you that have showed your support both for me and for Crazy Lixx and I hope that this message will
make things a little bit clearer for you. I am truly greatful for everything that I have experienced with Crazy Lixx, every fan I’ve
met, every CD I’ve signed, every nice thougt I have recieved and every single one that have showed up on our gigs throughout
the years. I have no hard feelings against anyone regarding this matter, I only feel thankful and happy that the future keeps
looking bright for all of us.I know that some people have a hard time accepting my decision but I hope that all of you will keep on supporting both Crazy
Lixx and myself. We are nothing without all of you!”
I also like to wish Crazy Lixx in the future, I love their and Hardcore Superstars music. I could possible see them do some future concert together, a great team I think.
So we all know that Vic Zino is in Hardcore Superstar, and that he rocks on stage. After their show in my hometown I love’d HCSS even more, Vic Zino is a guitar hero, that’s for sure.
