Well I first started out as a black metal dude back in 2003 or so and from that I got into Nitro, a band that really threw me out of the chair.
Nitro kicks mayor ass with their fast guitarist, futuristic guitar solos, train wrecking drums and bear hollowing basses, and not to forget their loud screamin’ vocalist Jim Gillette. Where has this vocal genius gone now?

Last time I got in touch with someone that works/worked with Jim he was doing a lot of martial arts training, and as you can see in the photo to the left, he have been seriously working out. He also cut of his long ass hair, which helps you with the “getting confused kind of stuff”, this doesn’t look like Jim at all, but it actually is.

Does he do music anymore? Well, the last work I’ve heard is with the band ‘Organ Donor’, a thrash sounding band with murderific lyrics. No high notes in their songs but still, it’s Jim Gillette.
Will we ever see him sing a Nitro song, or is he hiding from his past and not want to hear of it again? No-one will ever know I guess.

In this post I want to make a tribute to this man, by posting some videos with him and his past band Nitro:
