The Aussie rockers AC/DC are back, and re-establishing their position at the summit of Rock N Roll stardom.
With their world tour, dominating box-offices and internet sales, selling out within minutes; the release of their latest album is mirroring this paramount success!
“Black Ice” has scored the number one spot, in the UK albums chart, thrusting aside even the likes of Michael Jackson and Mariah Carey. It has been their first chart topper since the 1980′s “Back In Black.” It has also gained phenomenal success across Europe and Australia, gaining six more number ones hits! So far, the worst the album has achieved, is a number 3 in The Netherlands!

Described by Johnson as “The best we’ve done” as it shows the bands “versatility.” The album has sold approximately 5,000,000 worldwide, as of yet! In the eyes of Angus, as he announced on radio, the name “Black Ice” pays tribute to his early gigs in native Britain as it reminds him of “radio warnings up north of Black ice.”
