Sweden Rock Fesitval 2009, thoughts and expectations
I just want to make a little post about my thoughts and expectations involving Sweden Rock Festival this year. Press “Read The Full Story” for the message.
The highest expectation I have is that Volbeat will should play on a bigger stage this year, the stage they played on last year was apparently too small, and my guess is that they will get a bigger one. Hopefully the biggest of them all, but that wont be the truth, I think. But bigger, the better.
I am also a little worried over my alcohol drinking, it can get a little too much on the first day, the day we arrive to the whole event. Its like I am hitting a peak which I can’t break the coming days, last year I was puking in my tent so the hair and the clothes were all buried in stomach juice, kinda disgusting indeed, but that shit happens when you combine food, beer and a bottle of Jack Daniels, is it rock n’ roll or what? I guess its just stupidity, or something close to it.
I am also not looking forward to the long walk I have to take from the camping to the festival area, 900 meters when drunk could get kinda frustrating, hopefully they will get everything fixed so they could use the old and regular camping area, they have some problem with the land lord I guess.
I hope I can meet more artists this year, I met Jeff Scott Soto and the dudes from Mustasch last year, so hopefully I will meet other dudes or dudettes this year. Cross your fingers!

Otherwise, I think that this year will be the best one, me and my friends are celebrating our fifth year on the festival and I will be the age of 20, so I could easily get more beer if needed
