Tigertailz releases video site

Posted in Newz on November 25th, 2009 by Dr. Rock

Hey Tailz Maniac,
It’s here.!!! The first ever Tailz Video site… And guess what.?? It’s all TOTALLY FREE.!!!
Yes we’re talking about www.tailz.tv
We’ve spent the last year building www.tailz.tv from the DVD edits our beloved Pepsi Tate was working on before his tragic death in 2007. This site is a tribute to Pepsi and we’ll be putting as much of his stuff up there as possible.
We’ve also taken all our promo and other unreleased vidoes and put them on www.tailz.tv for you to watch – and even download them for FREE if you want them… How many bands give you that much stuff for FREE eh.? Only TAILZ TV..!!

The clips are as rough as a badgers arse and come with virtually no edits to give you raw Rock n Roll molten metal right between the eyes.!
Check out the ‘Come To Tailzmania’ section on www.tailz.tv to see us commit Rock n Roll suicide and see what it’s really like to be in the Tailz Gang.!!
We’ve still got thousands more clips to upload so make sure you stop by www.tailz.tv every week to see what’s new. And best of all, you don’t have to pay for any of it..!!

Yes folks, it’s FILTHY, LOUD and FREE – it’s TAILZ TV…!!!!
Go check it out now at www.tailz.tv

Go check it out now, you have to. Tigertailz are and will 4-ever be one of the best glam-metal bands out there. Been listening to them since the birth of my glam-metal love, like 4-5 years now. So yeah, check it out and enjoy.

Crazy Lixx completes album after hard work

Posted in Crazy Lixx on November 25th, 2009 by Dr. Rock

New Religion!
After weeks of recording and mixing there’s finally a finished Master forthe upcoming Crazy Lixx album! We’ve spent endless hours in the studio, Chris Laney has been working on pure overdrive, and everyone has really performed beyond what any of us thought was possible. The result is simply awesome! The new album will be titled ‘New Religion’ and should be due for release on Frontiers Records in the first months of 2010.

We still need to do the artwork and graphics for it, and at the moment we’re working with artists and photographers to give this music the packaging we feel it deserves!

This is the track list for New Religion:
1. Rock and a Hard Place
2. My Medicine (R.O.C.K)
3. 21 ‘Til I Die
4. Blame it on Love
5. Road to Babylon
6. Children of the Cross
7. The Witching Hour
8. Lock up Your Daughter
9. She’s Mine
10. What of our Love
11. Desert Bloom
12. Voodoo Woman

More news to come!

Nice newsletter post, looking forward for this album, their last album rocked, and this surely be better. Get it, buy it, promote it to your friends and foes, this is will be one of the best releases this year.

Bon Jovi goes crazy, along with other artists

Posted in Gossip on November 23rd, 2009 by Dr. Rock

I read this on SleazeRoxx.com:

TMZ.com reports that Jon Bon Jovi and Gwen Stefani are following in Taylor Swift’s sports-bar-crushing footsteps — because the two pop stars are also suing a hometown drinking establishment for allegedly jacking their music.

According to a lawsuit filed in Minnesota last month, several of Gwen and Bon Jovi’s compositions were publicly performed at Sally’s Salloon & Eatery — and they claim the bar never got the licensing it needed. Now Bon Jovi, Gwen, and all the other people who own copyrights to their music want the bar to pay damages … and stop playing their songs.

This could be a crushing blow to the local watering hole — because as we all know, a bar without Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer” is like a bird without wings.

Calls to Universal Music Group weren’t returned. A rep at Sally’s wasn’t even aware of the lawsuit.

This shit just makes me go crazy, the artist is going after the people that loves their music, have been like this before actually, but I just want to say something about it. Shouldn’t it be encouraged, that a someone can sing a song by another band, like a cover? Should I pay Kiss a thousand dollars or more, cuz me and my band played “Cmon and love me” infront of a crowd? Or am I just missing the plot of this story? Correct me if I am wrong guys! Feels stupid for me.

New song from Volbeat

Posted in Rock Hospital on November 22nd, 2009 by Dr. Rock

folder

Volbeat is the one and only metal that can tour with Metallica nowadays, and as a aspiring world-wide conquerer of metal, they have released a new song, for the Danish boxer Mikkel Kessler, which he will use for the intro segment to upcoming fights.
The song has the old-school groove and rhythm of Volbeat, so a die hard fan wouldn’t be let down.
Download the song HERE or you can listen to it below:

Sister: New guitarist

Posted in Sister on November 16th, 2009 by Dr. Rock

A little newsletter I got from Sister:

After almost four years, We have decided to go separate ways with Dani. We had reached a point where we couldn’t work together as a band anymore and our friendship almost became suffering, before that happend we decided to do something about it. It’s now official that we have hooked up with a new killer-guy called Lestat! We have already played two gigs with Lestat on guitar, in Oslo and Stockholm and it just went great! Lestat fits perfectly in Sister in all ways and it feels like he has always been one of us. The new lineup has been working hard the latest months, the songwriting is on top and we’re are working on several brand new songs to be released in 2010! We wanna say goodluck in the future and thank you for those first four years to Dani. AND a big fucking welcome aboard to Lestat! And we hope that you out there gonna do the same!

Checkout ALL new at:

Too bad Dani had to go, he will be missed. But I have to say this, Sister looks freakin awesome with the new image they got going on. Love it, and I really want to see them, more then ever actually. Well, I heard this news from a friend a couple of weeks ago, so I have to say: GOOD LUCK WITH THE NEW GUY

Rockhospital.com wants more writers

Posted in Rock Hospital on November 15th, 2009 by Dr. Rock

As the owner, founder and main writer for Rockhospital.com I would be really happy if there is someone out there from the USA that would like to write for the site. I have been having problems with invitations form different events, I couldn’t go there myself or I couldn’t send someone to the specific event. So if you are living in Los Angeles, New York or any other major city over the Atlantic, and you want to write for my site, please let me know. Email me on site@rockhospital.com and we can talk about it.
Other writers are welcomed as well, such as people from Asia, Australia and so on.

Rockhospital.com doesn’t have the economy of paying any writers, we do this for fun and to gain more experience in the field of writing music news, conducting interviews and paying our respect to the bands we love through reviews and visiting festivals/concerts and other events. So if you love to write and report (in English) and you think you are good at it, or just want to work on your writing skills, please contact me (email: site@rockhospital.com)
