It’s finally out, they have been working with it since July and I must say it’s pretty sweet, no wait, it is fucking awesome!

The name of the demo is “Primal Therapy” and you can listen to the songs on their MYSPACE. I will write a review of the demo when I feel that I can and have inspiration to write it. But until’ than, stay sweet!

Okey so here it is, when I first say Mastino I thought: “Okey, so I have to go, it is my brothers band, and family bla bla bla”. Well after the first gig I was blown away, and I haven’t attend a Mastino gig as a family member, but as a fan. A fan of a future world-wide known band called Mastino.

Tonite is the nite for Mastino, the semi final is on. I have a strong feeling that they will go the finals so they can take this shit home. I mean, they really kick some serious ass. The drummer is raping the skins, the singer is howling for victory while the guitarist and the bassist rip it of with some great licks and riffs.

I’ll return with the results from the semi final in a couple of days, the vote counting can take a while.

Time for some seriousness, Mastino have been fighting for a spot in the Semi-final of Rockkarusellen. They’ve earned 19 of 20 points and by looking at that, you must agree with me that they are kick ass. The people have voted, yes, but how did it go at the “Dygnsrock”.

The “Dygnsrock” is a small “festival” where the bands of Rockkarusellen perform over 38 hours and this is the last time the jury and the people can vote for the bands. After that, they have 18 bands in the top, who will go to the Semi-final.

I think you understand right? Well, now Mastino must give it all to get to the big final.

As I’ve told you all I will be update you with some news from a local thrash metal band called Mastino:
Mastino have now play’d 3 shows for the Rockkarusellen competition, one of the biggest competitions for un-signed bands. After the first show they came on the 2nd place with 4 points, and on the second show they came at frist place, which means 5 points.
I attended their show yesterday and took some photos of all the bands, but concentrated much on Mastino, click HERE for the photos. They haven’t got the results from yesterday but I guess that they got 4-6 points.
