Hey my dear readers, I am off to another trip with Mastino, to their second gig outside of our county called Östergötland, in the city of Örebro. Wish me and the band luck on the run, I will be taking photos and read a little something about it all when I get home.

Time for some new media stuff from Mastino. I join’d the band for a trip to their first gig outside of Östergötland (our county?) and I brought my camera. The videos are filmed by some other dude thou, the photos are taken by me. Check it out all below:

Roadtrip with Mastino

Me, Dr. Rock, will follow Mastino to their first gig in Gothenburg on September the 19th. I will document this event with loads of photos, off stage and on stage. I hope that it will be a good trip for the band, hopefully more people will have their eyes open for them, Mastino is one hell of a band and is not to be missed. At work, I’m always listening to their songs, and especially “Work in Progress”, its simply one of the best (if not THE best) song ever created by a demo band, at least from what I’ve heard and I do listen to loads of demo bands.

Mastino is also in the studio recording new songs for their set list, hopefully they will kick ass, I have only heard the new songs from the rehearsal studio and so far it sounds promising.

With Mastino in the rehearsal room

I just followed my brother and his band, Mastino, to their rehearsal room. I brought my camera and recorded some stuff, my favorite song is “Work in Progress”, you can see it below:

The audio quality isn’t the best, its not recorded with any professional equipments, just a DV camera, that is around 10 years old.

I will publish more songs from this session, but for now, visit their myspace if you want to hear “Work in Progress” and along with other songs recorded with better audio quality

New tunes from Mastino

It’s finally out, they have been working with it since July and I must say it’s pretty sweet, no wait, it is fucking awesome!

The name of the demo is “Primal Therapy” and you can listen to the songs on their MYSPACE. I will write a review of the demo when I feel that I can and have inspiration to write it. But until’ than, stay sweet!
